How do I order? Answer: There are several ways to order; online through our shopping cart, by phone, by fax or by mail (see below). We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders or US Personal Checks. All items are priced without shipping charges. NJ residents only, add 6% sales tax. Answer: Browse through our site, when you see an item you would like to purchase follow these steps... 1. Add to Cart 2. Click "Continue to Shop" or "Go to Checkout" 3. right on your screen.Simple, Safe, Secure! Is your shopping cart secure? Answer: Yes, definitely! Our server uses VeriSign for security purposes. What is your return policy? Answer: Because of the nature of the products, we have a strict "NO refund, NO exchange" policy. Defective goods will be replaced. Can I cancel my order? Answer: Yes but if your has already been processed (meaning your card has been charged) there will be a 20% cancellation fee. What are my shipping options? Answer: We ship US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which normally takes 2-3 days to receive. Other arrangements can be made with added cost, please note in "comment" field when placing your order. *This does not apply to International orders. How fast will I get my order? Answer: We do our best to process and ship your order within 24 hours. Once mailed, delivery will take 2-3 days. *This does not apply to International orders. Do you ship outside the US? Answer: Yes, gladly. International orders are placed as normal orders with the exception of shipping cost. When an International order is received we will weigh the package to get the proper shipping cost then give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.
